Back in the good old days before we outsourced directory enquiries, all IT support and the royal family, a “Helpdesk” was essentially a desk that helped you. Now it seems that a “Helpdesk” is a bunch of mindless twats that seriously need help.
10 days of outage and things magically burst into life after an engineer came out this morning. I am signed up for the special messaging service that will SMS me the minute that something changes…
