It’s a good job we are not in finland that’s for sure. How would the Great British people cope there? Admittedly there is over 6 inches of snow on the ground here, and the gritters are only just getting round to laying salt, but still come on people. Is this really how we conquered half the planet? That must have just been the walm half.
Personally I love the snow. Lots of reasons really, but its oddly quiet and serene when the snow has settled.
Anyhow, before I go getting all gay, I thought about trying to dig out the transport this morning to get to work… probably best I went back to bed

It has just been pointed out that Finland and Norway are used to this weather all winter and so are prepared… But I say ‘tat’. Is that the attitude that once made us great? In the camp sleeping, preparing for a dawn raid, all of a sudden the enemy jumps up, shouts “Surprise”…
Oh, o.k. you win, lets go home chaps, we’re certainly beat here, we didn’t expect the “Early morning surprise”
I think not. Get a grip Britain!
Grrr!!!!
