An interesting question but the answer is simple… never.
It must be said that the humour gland is interfered with in certain circumstances most notably when you mother or your missus is around. The duvet over the head is the only exception here – this never gets old… oh, thats when the missus around… It’s still not funny if you do that to your mother.
